The Mercuri legacy
Nestled in a tiny mountain village called Mercuri Tedesco just off of the city of Lamezia Terme in Calabria, lives a family with legendary culinary powers. In Montreal, the Mercuri family of foodies has not hesitated to pass down their mother’s and grandmother’s secrets into its kitchens and restaurants. Because when the food is great, it’s all that matters. And when we say our food is great, we mean food good enough to get critics like Lesley Chesterman, talking about us.
To savor and devour
Our gelatos and sorbettos are all gluten-free. Made from only the best and freshest ingredients we can find, and dairy that doesn’t travel far from the farm to our kitchens.
Just like we start our day with a nice cup of espresso, to make this gelato, first we brew the best Italian coffee beans we can find. Our espresso gelato is so smooth and creamy, you’ll feel like there’s a bit of crema in every bite. It will hit the spot just like a freshly poured piccolo would.
You think a freshly squeezed lemonade is just about the best thing you could have on a sweltering summer day? Think again. Our lemon sorbetto will quench your thirst with zesty, tangy and lemony flavors. Just sit back, relax and let our lemon sorbetto cool you down.
Made with only the best Sicilian pistachios, this bright green gelato will make you feel like royalty. Did you know Queen of Sheba loved them so much, she reserved her whole land’s supply for only herself and her court to eat them? The nutty flavor shines through in our pistachio gelato, and it’s much easier to eat than shelling a bag of pistachios on your own.
Sea Salt Caramel Fudge
In the mood for something sweet or salty? Our sea salt caramel fudge gelato will satisfy you when you just can’t decide. We started with our finest caramel and added an extra pinch of salt. And then, we also swirled in some chocolate fudge because, why not?
